7 Things To Do To Keep Your Mindset Unstoppable!

There are reasons why Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi and Russell Brunson make mindset a focus at the beginning of their courses. It is simply because, mindset is all that matters when it comes to achieving your goals.

Personally, I have been doing mindfulness exercises daily for a long time but I do find that remembering to check in throughout the day is difficult. Sometimes near impossible. Having said that, I have always considered that I have a pretty well trained mindset. But, (and here is the scary thing) we all operate with our subconscious brains operating in the background. Messing with everything we think we know.

Mindset is key to transforming your life.

I have been spinning my wheels in the sand for two years and I can only put this down to mindset. Determination and grit are not the only things you need to succeed. An unstoppable mindset needs to be much more.

One of my biggest issues (or problems) is that I am a person that likes to try to do everything myself. I buy endless courses and end up not being able to complete any of them. Sometimes, you have to stop focusing on learning and start doing. I’m a firm believer that this is our subconscious working hard to keep us doing what we’ve always done. No more!

It’s time to stick to the things that matter and work on an unstoppable mindset.

Here are the 7 things I plan to do every day to make sure that happens.

1. KBB Training – My Mindset Shift

One of the courses that I have purchased recently is the KBB (Knowledge Broker Blueprint) training that Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi have produced together. Yes, I am committed to completing this course because I think it will help me shift the needle in a big way.

KBB has certainly helped me shift my mindset to a whole new level. Tony and Dean are both incredibly motivational. If you are in need of a mentor (not a guru) these are probably two of the best to learn from and short cut your online business.

2. Morning Routine

Without morning routine a morning routine, I would have been carted off to the funny farm many years ago. There is no doubt that it is the single best thing that I have introduced into my life that has kept me sane.

Each morning, I (in order):

  • Meditate – between 10-30 minutes time depending
  • Write 5 things I am grateful for – Gratitude journal
  • Affirmations – 5 minutes
  • Exercise – 10-30 minutes time depending
  • KBB training

3. Take Massive Action

Thirty days seems to be a recognised period of time to change a bad habit or change something that is no longer serving us. So, for the next 30 days (likely forever) I am going to take massive action towards achieving my goals.

To have an unstoppable mindset, you need to take action.

To do this, I am going to plan the next 30 days and take at least one action towards shifting the needle in my business whilst still working full time at my J-O-B.

4. Journal

My gratitude journal is a cute little book that has a space each day to list out the 5 things that I am grateful for. But, I also believe that it’s important to keep a journal that goes a bit deeper. It will help to identify the limiting beliefs that our subconscious loves to throw at us to mess things up.

5. Feed & Condition

One of my great loves is to read but I often put it off to cook dinner or kick back watching netflix with my family. As part of the next 30 days, I am going to commit to a few changes in all areas of my life using these four questions from KBB:

  1. What are 2 things I can do daily to feed my mind?
  2. What are 2 things I can read in the next 90 days?
  3. What are 2 things I can do daily to feed my body?
  4. What are my ultimate goals and aspirations for this year?

6. Instant Mindset Shift

We all know that negative self speak is a killer. I have been re-framing my negative self speak for years, so I know that it is a constant battle to not let negative thoughts creep in. Tony has a good tool for this called transformational vocabulary which quickly switches negative messages and changes your internal dialogue.

7. Share The Message.

Another of my main reasons for growing an online business was because I want to help a lot of people. And, the only way that I can see us all helping each other is with an online business. That means sharing and being authentic. My plan is to get out of my own way and post more. Spinning my wheels is no longer an option!
