Fear is a terrible and often unspoken thing. It holds you back from becoming the person you were truly put here to be and stops you truly experiencing everything that you came here to experience. If you want to get rid of it, read on.

There are many techniques available both online and sitting in someone’s office. Personally, I have never experienced Counselling this way but I know a lot of people that have. Generally speaking, you are sitting in a room with a trained professional who is (hopefully) very good at what they do.

You would have the opportunity to express yourself to a real person. Delve deep into the traumas of your life. Probably unearth an endless amount of subconscious fears or doubts that you have. But, it is time consuming and expensive. Plus, if you are anything like me, it’s uncomfortable to tell a stranger about things that bother you. Just speaking about having fears is generally frowned on or looked down at.

About two years ago (and out of the blue), I started experiencing anxiety attacks. They started to take over my life. I started avoiding parts of my life that I enjoy – because you just never know right? I even went to hospital because I was so certain that I was experiencing a heart attack.

Usually at the most awkward time. I haven’t experienced the hot flushes of menopause as yet but I am sure that anxiety attacks are as inconvenient as those!

Winning the Game of Fear seemed to me to be the ideal approach. It was online. I could do it when I felt like it sitting in the comfort of my office. I didn’t have to speak to anyone I didn’t know and it is subliminal! Nothing to do here!

To be honest, I didn’t really think that subliminal re-programming was going to work but being held hostage by my anxiety attacks wasn’t an option.

As it turns out, I WAS being held back by my brain. I am not saying that it is a cure-all but Winning the Game of Fear has certainly put me on the right track and I have not had an anxiety attack for over three months since completing the programme.

Most of us haven’t experienced any REAL life threatening things but we still experience the very real physical responses when we fear something. It’s important to have these fight and flight impulses but it’s so much better when we can control them – learn to manage how and what we react to and know whether that fear is real or imagined.

Operating in the negative, our brains hold us back because of conditioning we have adopted from frightening experiences we have had either in this life or past ones.  This is because negative neural patterns are running through our subconscious at all times.

The good news is that we can re-programme that part of our brains to anything operate any way we want.

I don’t know the stats or experiences of everyone that has completed Winning the Game of Fear but I do know from personal experience that this worked on me. Hopefully, it can do the same for you.

The Bad:

CON #1 – Takes Time

Winning the Game of Fear takes time. 40 days may seem a bit daunting for all of us who already have busy lives! But, the 40 sessions do not have to be done in 40 consecutive days (I didn’t do this but I think it would be better to if you are more disciplined than me) and each session is no longer than 30 minutes and most are less. You’re worth it, so make the time. You’ll be happy with the results.

CON #2 – Costs Money

Even though there are probably some free courses that profess to free you of fear, this course is worth every dollar. I have gone from having at least one panic attack a day to zero in over two months now. This is not an expensive course and you have the option to pay it off over a number of months.

Winning the Game of Fear is for Anyone!

It may be possible but I actually do not believe that there is a person among us that doesn’t have a fear of something.

Winning the Game of Fear is for anyone who has ever been afraid of:

  • Public speaking

  • Disappointing others
  • About your kids

Not only that, but if you are lacking in self confidence or doubt yourself, Winning the Game of Fear helps with that as well. Each audio is loaded with powerful subliminal affirmations that really get to the heart of your fears and doubts. That sounds like a real sales pitch but that is coming from me who has tried it and have the confidence to tell about it.

My Final Opinion of Winning the Game of Fear

Honestly, I went into this fully expecting it not to work for me. I am very happy to say that it did. If you are suffering from any fears that are stopping you from doing anything or just making your life a little less rosy, this programme is for you.
